"El personal de esta aseguradora son igual que el resto, la atención es muy mala, te tratan mal e indiferente, solo les importa cobrarte mas sin importar nada, ya no necesitan una justificación para subirte el seguro de tu auto, ya no es suficiente que seas un conductor ejemplar, ya es que porque sí, en vez de mantener contentos a sus clientes, solo les importa tener sus bolsillos llenos, su justificación y consejos son simples, todo esta subiendo y seguirá subiendo, si no quieres tener seguro de auto, comprate una bicicleta, con una sonrisa ipocritica sabiendo que no tenemos salida, buscan comparar tu póliza con la competencia y de esa forma poder subirte la póliza manteniendo una pequeña ventaja para evitar de que te vallas con la competencia y de ese modo obtienen su objetivo, mantenerte con ellos y a la vez te sacan más dinero para ellos, es una buena jugada, donde el chófer a pesar de ser un buen conductor tiene todas las de perder y ellos siempre ganan, no se dejen engañar por palabras vacias y sonrisas falsas, sigan buscando, no se deje engañar....no venga aquí, busque otra aseguradora, al final todo son iguales, de ti depende a quien le regalas tu dinero, al final es lo único que les interesa."

"This was a very unprofessional office I Never Had State Farm before so I gave them a shot they ripped me off and you can never get this office to call you back they would want to text you and I can't stand the text I canceled my insurance early they acknowledge that I paid and then refused to give me a refund saying I hadn't paid my insurance if I had not paid my insurance then why did they tell me I had been paid in full and that I had insurance makes no sense to me never once met the lady that runs this office or supposedly runs it every time you had a question they had to say hold on and run to the back and ask somebody something and then come back and relay it to you never again and I'm using verbal text so however it comes out it comes out but I'm sure everybody can understand what I'm talking about the sad part is the refund would have only been about $60 if that for me it was principal for them it was greed"
